Returns Policy

Any shortages, damaged or incorrect goods must be declared via email (, stating your order number within 24 hours of delivery. Once all incorrect items have been returned to ourselves in a resalable condition, we will fully refund the value of the returned goods.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days, beginning with the day after delivery. Followed by a full refund upon the return of the goods in a resaleble condition. 

If the item has been ordered in error there is a 20% re-stocking charge.

We can not accept returns that are open or damaged - all returns must be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
Automated confirmation e-mails state that it is just a confirmation and that the order has been received and is not an acceptance of the order nor is it a confirmation of our offer to sell.
Any orders received are deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods and are subject to acceptance by the Penningtons Confectionery Ltd. Penningtons Confectionery Ltd may choose not to accept an order for any reason.
